Thanks Bob. They're made by an Ebay seller chris872 out of Fla. ( NOT Thailand folks) He's a disabled vet & makes them checkered as well. They're very reasonably priced too. That always helps.

That's the nicest looking black walnut I've seen (I like reddish hues in wood). Is it really that red, or is that a finish on it? Who made them?

When all is said and done, it is hard to beat walnut on guns.

Thanks! There's no stain on the wood. I did soak them in Ballistol for a couple of hours. That stuff makes a good wood conditioner and darkens the wood slightly too. Look at post 3 for the maker.

l am sure she could make them UNIQUE.. one of a kind!

Thanks for the offer but I like these just like they are. That Macaw of yours is great at making tooth picks but not so much at engraving wood stocks!!
