6 shot 586 L Comp?
Did S&W ever make a 6 shot 586 L Comp? I was at Scheels today, and that's what I saw in the new gun case. I picked it up, and sure enough, only 6 chambers in the cylinder.

My 586 is a 6 shot but it is not an "L Comp" whatever that is because I actually have no idea. It doesn't have correct stocks, either. But it is deadly accurate for reaching FAR out to touch something.

S&W has a good web site. Lots of big pictures. You should browse it for awhile and familiarize yourself with their current offerings. They have a lot of very desirable revolvers and something for everyone.

I wish S&W would make a 3" 7-shot 586 without the compensator...that's one of my dream guns.
