Default Full underlug barrel for 3” 629.

I have a 3” 629 Talo I bought new about 1.5 years ago. I want a 3” barrel with a full underlug. Where can I get one? Sorry, my bad. I’m just looking for the 3” full underlug barrel so I can have it installed on my 629-6.

The models I know of for sure are the 629-2E (you're gonna pay through your ears for one of those), and the dash 4 & 5 models. Not sure if S&W made a dash 3 full lug barrel.

There’s a few on the big site right now. As 75Vette has indicated, the prices aren’t friendly. That being said, a couple of them have been reposted several times. Might be worth the effort to make an offer by email.

Trail boss comes to mind. Had one-should have kept it. But more than doubled my money.

This! I fought like hell in price battles trying to get one just like you want on GunBroker OP... After losing out 3-4 different -2E's I decided I wanted an M24 Lew Horton Special with a 3" barrel. Same deal, clowns come in the last 3-4 hours and the prices get ridiculous, quick. I finally won a 3" barreled Lew Horton M29-3 model with the "4/5ths" barrel lug I call it. It's a good compromise to the full lug IMO. I don't think any -3's have the full lug. There is one, maybe two, -2E's on there right now but you can expect to pay north of $1600 by the time that auction ends... if you are lucky. I'm glad I got my LHS M29-3 as it was a top 5 have to have firearm for me. I've played that GB bidding war game and won't be going by that way anymore for anything! Good luck...

My bad, I’m just looking for the barrel (3” full underlug) so I can have it installed on my 629-6 3”.

Okee dokee. I can't help you there unless you watch GB under firearm parts or put a Want To Buy post here on the forum.
Good luck.
