Tyler T-Grip...
Needing a Tyler T-Grip for my S&W Model 36 round butt....
There's still a Tyler website to order these, but is it in current production?....
Or is there another option out there?
Would prefer this in a gloss finish if possible...
Thanks in advance for any help....

Just mailed them a check for one yesterday. They just restructured their website August of 2018, so I am guessing the lights are still on. They seem to have about every variety and finish that one could want.

I highly recommend the Bk grip, which is both easier to order and better made. The extra clip is a significant improvement.
Also, the guy who makes them is a forum member. He has a post in the Accessories for Sale section, or:

Thanks for the heads up. I hadn’t realized he was a forum member. I just ordered 2 from him. One for my engraved 1955 Baby Chiefs and one for my refinished 14-1. I will post pics of the guns with the grip adapters in place as soon as I receive them.

robertsontradingpost on GB or GA, and great service if they have your size it is worth paying more. I tried ordering a few months back from Tyler T and got frustrated after a 2 month wait and asked for my money back which they complied with. At the time their site noted the average wait was just 2 weeks, if they had taken the time to update their site to read (2 months, or whenever) I wouldn't have placed my order. Nothing but problems at that time. robertsontradingpost will have your T grip in the mail one day after you order.

Truth.. And RobertsonTradingPost won't r@pe you on the shipping either. I have them on the lookout for me (2) "N" frame Tyler T's, a stainless finish and a shiny blued version; one for each of my 3" M29 and M629. When paired with stock Magna's this combo makes for the absolute best grip I've ever got My Big Mitts around in any handgun with my M36's that I pocket carry in a DeSantis "Nemisis" and sometimes a NY reload @ 3:30 in a Galco OWB holster. I figure they fit so well with the "J's" it will be pure bliss in the "N" frame. But I wait on.. I might go with BK grips if I don't hear something in a month from Robertsontradingpost. I know the Tyler-T's will fit an "N" frame but on BK's site they say "most likely" I believe it's worded that an "L" frame BK grip will fit the "N". So I'm holding out until someone here can confirm!

Reason: Pics added of the M36 w/Magna's and Tyler T's..

I wait for them to pop up on eBay or other sites.
The Tyler T-Grip website is definitely not meant for factory sales, which is OK. I have a number of Ahrends grips and they are in the same boat.

Another vote for BK. I ordered a set from my phone and had them in 4 days. They are better than Tylers.

I have both. The only knock on the Tyler's is sometimes it's impossible to get rid of that little bit of wiggle or rattle. They do feel more solid because they are...metal vs. plastic. BK is less expensive and is very functional. Different strokes for different folks.

Two retaining clips instead of one. Much more secure.

I just received two, one j and one kln. Actually put one on my 1891 top break single shot, fills the hand much more comfortably. Can't wait to try it. Put the other on my 36, also fit tightly.

Ditto that, a lot easier to deal with.
