Default Got some more rounds thru my M-69 today...but

Found it just doesn't like the HyTech coated Missouri Bullets as the barrel is leaded up after 10 rounds but they shoot well.

Also brought along my Ruger SBH with 7.5 inch barrel and after 12 rounds of MB coated bullets the barrel was perfectly clean.

My 69 shoots the 230 gr. gas checked lead bullets, from Matt's Bullets fine with no leading as well as the Xtreme bullets.

Cylinder throat diameter on both revolvers is the same size .4305-.431

Anyway enjoy the short video of shooting the MB coated bullets!
My M69 is now a very nice shooter!

Nice little range setup there. Looks like a fun little place to kill a few hours. I’m envious.

Glad you like it. That sand berm is my Range 2. From where I was shooting I can turn to my left to my Range 1 which I had setup that particular day for a shotgun fun shoot.
Other pic is what is behind me and I can get 50 yds to the sand berm range from that 10x10 covered deck. I like to sit under the shade and plink with the rifles or even my revolvers.
Have some plans to add another berm area next to the Range 2 sand berm for more targets to be setup.
I like having the berms so my rounds are not sailing thru the woods even though I have some acres back there to a creek.
Really enjoy being down there even though there is always work to do to keep it up.

Shoot three or four hundred jacketed bullets down the barrel and try the lead again. I did that and no significant leading

That's the strange part...the plain lead bullets with gas check and typical red lube shoot fine with no leading. The rifling in the M69 looks smooth and very shiny.
