Cylinder gap
I have a new stealth hunter .44 magnum revolver it shoots great! But it has a .008 cylinder gap. Is that excessive?

It's a little over ideal, .004 to .006, but IMO, not enough to bother with.

Its OK according to the new set of specks S&W uses. I prefer 6, but your fine.
Enjoy your new gun!

thanks guys! It shoots so good with the load I've developed for it (23.0 grains H110 and 240 grain XTP) I didn't want to mess with it!
