Default Help With Correct Brownell's Screw Driver

I have a performance Center 625 of recent vintage. The rear sight came loose. The horizontal adjustment seems to have two screws, one on the right that is used to adjust the horizontal aim, and a screw or fastener of some type on the left that looks like a knife thin split screwdriver head, that keeps the horizontal sight together. Any idea what is needed for the left side? I have a driver for the right side.

Feel free to correct me if I have this wrong.

The "nut" "spanner" might be what is wanted, here:

Are you saying the left side (windage) nut came loose? It should turn but not come undone. It's the locking nut for the windage screw.

If it has come undone the nut needs to be tightened (see specs below) & the hollow end of it's screw flared with a center punch so it won't come undone again.

PS: Since the nut doesn't have to be (shouldn't be) tight a jewelers screw driver can be used to snug it up then back it off a tad before flaring it.

Thanks for the help, the windage nut spanner is ordered and the diagram is a great aid to confirm how to tighten the windage nut properly
