Just what the thread title asks. I've searched, and consulted SCSW, and not found an answer. Only the one production run back in 2008, that I can find. Anyone know how many were in it?
S&W doesn't always disclose how many of a certain variation they've made. Probably, because they don't want their competition to know. Why give away free marketing research, while at the same time disclosing their manufacturing capacities.
I would guess something like five hundred to a couple of thousand M327 PD's were made.
I'm not sure I buy your reasoning. There is plenty of info out there about production numbers for single runs (e.g. 315 NG), which the 327 PD seems to have been. And it's not like they couldn't put it on the schedule and run more any time they want. They keep pumping out 329 PDs and TRR8/M&P R8s.
