Have a nice 657 4". No box, but nice clean tight gun. Appreciate help with fair price as have been approached by party interested in buying. Thanks for help.

That's a highly desireable configuration and not many were made. I would not take less than $1000 for it and I would start at $1250.

I'd weigh what you have into it and what you need out of it. If $$$$$ is your motivation, then rbmac52's assessment is accurate.

Always Depends on your location. Here in California I would say $1400 for starters

Last clean no extras 4" I saw on GunBroker brought $1000...with box and paperwork...$1200...

I have seen them sell for over a grand in general, but if it is a buddy - maybe make him a deal.

The 4" did not have high production numbers. I sold the first one that I acquired, it took me almost 10 years before I came across another. I have seen more 3" versions than 4". The Mountain Gun in 4" probably has the lowest production of the bunch.

I know that I would not turn loose of mine for less than $1500
