Adjusted them up a click. And just blasted away with 48 rounds, shooting out the red at 15 yards.
Had two serious flyers though, not sure what's up with that.

11 shots I got off from the .44 before I started bleeding again.
First 6 are low, adjusted up a click, but just really didn't want to shoot anymore. I guess I shoot wait awhile until I shoot magnums again. Those 125g out of the 4" were kind off snappy too, with them old grips

No, it's down here in Miami, but similar set up. No golf carts or chamber flags

Were both those targets double action? If your 15 yard target is double action, I'm jealous. LOL. What ammo did you use?

Not, very few were double action.
They were both new to me guns.
The first one , a brand new 686p 6" ordered in for me by LGS. I shot it strictly single action.

The second gun was a used gun I picked up last week when I went to pick up the first gun, it's a 686-1 with 4" barrel, and the trigger is just about as sweet as can be on that gun. Even though the 125g hp felt considerably snappier out of her, I believe the trigger plus the difference in the front sight allowed for the better grouping. The front sight is a satin stainless with red insert vs black with red insert, and I was wearing sunglasses. Or maybe I was just getting my groove on. I dumped that box of ammo pretty quick , with the last couple of 6 rounds being in double action. Gun really has a amazing trigger. Still curious about those two fliers though, they are way out there.

Markham park? Never been there yet, usually go to Okeechobee Shooting Sports. Contemplating Martin County Sportsman Association, though.

Well, they can shoot that's for sure. I don't consider myself that great of a shot, although I've had times where I can shoot pretty well. Not as good as some but better than others. Anyways, first time I shot my 6" model 19 I was like waaahoooo. I shot it pretty much as well as any handgun I've ever shot and that was only shooting double action. I could only ever shoot that well with a 1911. Single action makes it easy. But I guess my Model 19 makes it easy too. That long sight radius and a good quality gun I guess.....

7 yards double action, first time shooting it. Beginner luck.... hehehehe Well it's not 1 ragged hole like I've done with a 1911 but it's not too shabby for double action shooting. IMHO. I know some people can shoot much better than that though. That's 24 rounds.

I shoot in several in door ranges in Las Vegas are when temps are hot. I take a piece of cardboard 10 inches wide by 14 inches tall and put an 8 inch orange peel target on it. I shoot at 7 and 10 yards usually with a 38 caliber S&W revolver. I shoot until you could stick your hand through the middle of the target then put a 5 inch orange peel over the center.

I watch other much younger shooters bring in B 27 targets and when they leave looks like the were shooting a shot gun !
I pride my self on my double action revolver shooting, it is becoming a lost art in the spray and pray generation.
This is 50 rounds of 38 at 7 and 10 yards.
