Default 60-15 New to me. Date?

Just acquired a Pro-Series 60-15, .38 Special (not mag). Request shipping date info. Serial number is: CUL9XXX.
Nice minty specimen, but no box, alas.
Additional queries for the cognoscenti residing here: Anyone know the production years of the Pro 60-15s in 38 Special (only)? (I've fired a few hundred rounds of factory 125-158gr factory .357s through two of these, and I can live very comfortably with a 38 Special only!) Also, is anyone offering replacement H³ capsules for the front sights; mine's a lot dimmer than recent issue. Thanks in advance for any/all help. Pax

I thought that the 60-15 engineering change was .357 Magnum which, of course, can accommodate .38 Spl....

Have I missed something?

I have the non-Pro model....CXX-prefix serial number which dates to March, 2015.
