Default K frame Combat grips question

Do these look like factory combat grips? Would they likely be original on a 1984-ish Model 66-3?

The experts will be along shortly but to me they look like a set of Culina grips.

Culina grips are a very nicely made high quality set of grips modeled similar to original combats.

I have 3 pair of RB and 1 pair of SB K frame Culina's and that would be my guess. The 3 pair of original combats I have look different than what you have here. Culina grips are available in a variety of woods.

Not 100% sure though so don't bank on me being accurate.

Is there anything on the inside of the grips? A photo of that area can sometimes provide clues that are helpful.

I don't have it in hand yet, but the the color and figure don't really match the ones on my 629, which is why I'm wondering.

They're aftermarket grips (note the flush and not recessed escutcheons), but without seeing the insides of the panels it's difficult to determine who made them. Culina is a good guess.

Thanks all. I think Culina is the best guess. I hope to have the gun in hand later today pending a trade. I'm guessing it originally shipped with regular checkered K frame RB magnas.

Quick update: I have the gun in hand and per the previous owner they are in fact Culinas. Thanks for the assistance.
