While I do not own a Model 19 Carry comp, I do carry it's Stainless brother . . . The Model 66 F-comp



I have at least two holsters for this. One is a Galco that I can not remember the model name of, but it is an open top

The other is a Bianchi #3 Pistol Pocket. The Bianchi is labeled for a 3" L-frame and I initially bought it for my 586 L-comp but it works great for the K-frame Comps as well

I don't know if you have gotten a holster yet but I just got mine from TT Gun Leather Gun Holster | TTGunLeather. I added a shark skin insert and love it

Mine rides in a Kramer belt scabbard. Conceals easily under a light shirt and I don't even know its there.
