Curious what the date range of these is. I just got one with low number CCA prefix and was wondering about when it was made. I'm away from my S&W books and figured someone here has that info at their finger tips.
That should be in the range. It does have the frame that's drilled and tapped for a scope mount, no lock and steel hammer and trigger. That should put it between 1995 and 2000.
I found a list of three letter prefix dates that shows CBN as Oct 1997 and CCD as Nov 1997 so I guess that pretty much nails it down to that two month range. Close enough.
