Default New Artillery

Before this afternoon I didn’t think I needed a 8 3/8 .44 mag., still don’t but I now have one.

Was at my new fishing hole looking for more grips when I spied this 8 3/8 29-5 with Leupold 2X scope. It’s in excellent shape - 97% or thereabouts. Didn’t come with the box, but had the original grips and Ed Brown cylinder release. Never seen rings with the S&W logo.

For $825 I figured I’d find a use for it.

Sweet Deal

I bet with that full underlug it will really tame muzzle rise even on the heavy hitters

That is a beauty! Should be a tack driver, those classics were well-made guns.

That's a great looking hog leg. You got a nice add on with the Leupold since they're not making those anymore. The S&W logo on the rings is a nice touch too. Congrats!
