Congratulations really nice 581 the few I've seen were beat up . I had one 20 years ago all I knew it was a .357

4 inch? I thought that you folks up north needed 4 + some extra to keep it from being a prohibited weapon.

Hi Sistema I have a prohibited license so I can own short bbl handguns but when I die there supposed to die unless I brocker them up and sell them to you good people In the US.

4.1" is our legal limit up here. I have never seen a Barrel that length. Either shorter or longer. That is our cut-off line.

Measure the barrel length. My 4 inch 681-nothing actually has a 4 1/8" barrel:


Maybe yours does too...

...another fixed sight L-frame .357 that did not make its way to Nevada. It's like there's an inspection station on the highway to prevent 681s and 581s from traveling to Nevada.
