Brought home a gorgeous 19-4 today
Bought this gorgeous 19-4 4" with wide target trigger and wide target hammer with superb case color. I am stoked about this little jewel.

Very nice example OP. Might I ask what something like that goes for in your neck of the woods?

The local shop in wilmington Tiller & Lanier took a peek at it after I bought it. They said $750-800 in the current condition. From what I've seen locally it is probably close. They are getting very scarce to see for sale here at all. I located this jewel with a want add on Armslist believe it or not....lol

Outstanding revolver! I happen to have the exact same model, made in 1980 if I remember correctly. However, I cannot leave well enough alone and changed the grips out for smooth targets.

Here's a 19-3 that showed up last week in the LGS I frequent. They were asking $850 and it was sold the next day. If I didn't already have a 4" 19 and a 6" 19-4, I would have purchased it.

That's a beautiful gun sir. Tough to beat the older Smiths. I bought one new back in 1981. Looks just like yours except for the sights. Mine has the RR front and WO rear. The balance of the 4" K's are perfect.
