Default 43C vs 351C

I have both and thinking of trading the 351c (22mag 7 shot) for a second 43C (8 shot 22lr).
With the short barrel on both I’m thinking you are not picking up that much with the mag and get one extra shot with the long rifle. Also no way i want discharge that mag in the car or at night with the blast. So really thinking of a second long rifle.
These are mainly car guns.
Carry a NAA Wasp 100% of the time in my pocket with the mag cylinder but also thinking of using the 22lr in it.
Still have a Glock 17 for the bed.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks

Old rule of thumb is 22 mag out of a pistol equal size performance of an LR From a rifle. Muzzle energy from the mag in a snubby is about 40% more than LR. With the extra round really a toss up, my preference would be for LR just for ammo availability (at least for the moment 22lr is not in short supply like a few years ago)

From what I read before I bought my 43c, a 22 mag becomes a different animal when shot from a longer barrel of 6” or more. Before 6” it’s just a loud 22lr. 43c with stingers is great and has one more round.

I'd keep one of each to help with any ammo shortages that might come about.

When 22 LR was unavailable, I could always get 22 Mag without the silly, one box of 50 limit.
