Default Chiefs Special, Models 36-4 & 36-5

I've not seen either of these in any configuration (Lady Smith or otherwise). The SCSW, 4th Ed., mentions them, and it makes sense S&W didn't simply skip those "dash" variants.

I've been searching for both to complete my accumulation, but I've had no success. Can anyone offer any info about these two?

Thanks in advance.
