Default Paid off 2 lay-a-ways, 2 new S&W's

Took home a 6" 686 (no dash) yesterday. All original, no box, extra set of pachmyer grips.
Also took home a model 41. No, it's not a revolver, but it is nice!

Congratulations on the new acquisitions.

There used to be an FFL less than a mile from me that would let me put items on layaway with any deposit. The terms were "pay what you can, when you can." Dropping off cash at his shop became as regular as putting gas in the truck.

Sweet - wish I knew a dealer like that. I could bypass the "wife-police" with ease. <g>

41 is my all-time-favorite handgun. When I was short of money, it was the one I kept. Enjoy.

I already have a case of CCI Standard Velocity .22's. I have some Remington too. In the past, the Remingtons shot best out of all three of the previous Model 41's I have owned. I'm not dumb enough to part with this one!!!! Took a while to learn that lesson!!

Excellent. Two fine and accurate models. Great choices.
