By forum standards,,, I realize I am "629" poor. My only contribution is my 1987 Classic Hunter. I purchased in 1987 for Pop. He never loaded it or fired it. It's mine now. At this point, I think I'll save the first shot for His Grandson (born '87),,,, or new First Great-Grandson ( last week)

You don't see many 629s that are pinned and recessed - this is a 629 4" no dash, unfired.
This 629-1 is one of a number that were grooved for Millett scope rings on the barrel.
