48-4 Price Check
Please advise the going price for a 1981 built Model 48-4, 4" barrel, blue finish, correct box, opened but complete cleaning kit, and factory papers. owner calls it 99%.

$850-$950 is the normal range I'm seeing with a few at or below $800 and a few through the roof... $1,000-$1,200 and more.

I had a 48-3 that I sold in 2016 for $800. Hope this helps.

I just saw a nice 4” 48-4 at an LGS in Jackson, CA, for about $800. I didn’t ask if it came with a box, etc.

He is asking $1,100 which is high but not that far out of line, plus it includes a Disantis holster.

If it’s a gun you’ve been chasing for a while, a couple hundred $$ is nothing. You’ll spend more than that in time, fuel, shipping, sales tax...

I'd been looking for quite awhile. He was asking $1000. I talked him down to $800 but I was ready to pay the $1000 since it was in such good condition.
