Default Just got a 686+ Snub

Finally got a .357 snub to add to the collection. Gonna have to do some internet research because my SCSW doesn’t have this prefix for serial. Probably a call to S&W unless any of you can add any input.

The effervescent Monique at S&W says it’s from December, 2019. It’s basically a new gun.

Good choice I have a 686-6 2.5bbl .357 mag 125 gr can be a handful but very accurate with .38spl+p . On the label manufacture date 120319 (12-03-19) is above model number .

My 686 2.5" is one of my range favorites. It's a big ole heavy snubby that just eats up recoil, plus it is very accurate .

Love my 3" 686+ 3-5-7. Also have a matching 5" as well. Both shoot extremely well with a 125 Zero JHP over a charge of Enforcer. If you are looking for an inexpensive, yet accurate, round, look at Fiocchi 125 JHP. LGS has it on sale for $23 box of 50. Shoots good in my 3" and would work for CCW. Cheap enough to shoot with the legality of factory ammo.
