Won 625 Colt today
I'll post pictures when I have it in my hands. What I can tell you is it's a 625 Classic 45 Colt, 5" non-pinned barrel, 3 screw, with the firing pin on the hammer and a full lug. No Lock!! WITH BOX SN TO GUN. SN SDS0213.

Congratulations! You are sure to enjoy shooting it! I have a 625JM (ACP), and a 25-15 in .45 Colt. I like the JM, but like the 25 better. Of course I am into blued revolvers! I keep looking for 45 Colts (S&W, Or Ruger) Bob

Added pictures and range report
I shot 3 cylinders all over and stuck a target on and shot the 4th cylinder at 15 yds. After cleaning it I put on the Altamonts. It's going to take another pot for the rest of the pictures.

Congratulations
That is one of my Favorite Revolvers
Though like many of your fellow Forum Members, I am fond of many things that are chambered in the 45 Long Colt cartridge

My 1st 45 Colt was less than half what I paid for the 625-5.

They are nice guns and hard to find. I won one awhile back too, but it cost me $1400 worth of raffle tickets from a buddy, and I was the only entrant....
