Default S&W 648 .22 WMR stainless steel in 4"

Does anyone know if the S&W 648 .22 WMR stainless steel in 4" was ever built as a 4" barrel?

That's too bad - it would been a slightly diminished version of a 22 JET!

Have a gunsmith cut the barrel.

If you want a stainless .22 RFM, look for a Model 651. It is the smaller J frame, but came standard with a 4" barrel and adjustable sights. If you really want a K frame, look for a 4" Model 48.

I have the M650 and a M651. They are accurate!
