Default 29-5 Classic Price Check

Have a friend moving a couple of revolvers; one is a 29-5 Classic, 6.5" barrel, Hogue grips, no box, excellent condition.
Whats a good buy?
Thanks

$700 is a good buy in my opinion. I would probably pay $800 but any more and it would have to be a grail gun or a hole in my collection.

Underlug or no underlug?

I have a -5 with 1/2 lug, square butt, wood targets I bought unfired. I would not sell it below $1K or more. It's a tremendous gun. Depends also if the gun has seen a few too many full power rounds and starts loosening up, flame cutting line etc. Then I have no interest.

I'd expect to see it priced around $800 in a gun shop around me.

The buddy price should be under $800. Gun shop price about $800-$850. Make a deal and take it home, it will be the best .44 Mag you'll ever own. I really like my dash 6.
