Default Picked up a couple of S&W “Classics” today

Ahhh...CLASSIC S&W’s...the Real Classics, that is!

Happened upon this pair and made a package offer of $2K, which was accepted. I thought I got off a bit cheap, but the seller seemed happy...I’m happy for sure!

First is a 3” Model 657ND with factory combat stocks. A couple of handling marks and scuffs, but turn line very light and flame cutting/forcing cone erosion non-existent. Came with box and VC paper, but no tools or paperwork. Date would be 10Sept1986 (Julian date 6253 from spec. ord. number)

Second is a 4” P&R Model 66-1. Condition similar to the M657 also has box, VCI paper and instruction sheet. Date on this one would be early 1980 according to SCSW.

And here is the P&R 66-1. Range report to follow, hopefully soon. First I have to load up some .41 Mag

I would've been happy with that deal too. You walked away smelling like a rose. The 41 snub is sharp but the 66-1 is a stunner. Congrats.
