My 686 6 inch
Bought a used 686 from a sport shooter who quit his sport. Turned out the timing wasn't all that great. I took the gun to a gunsmith here in Holland who is known for his work and expertise in Smith and Wesson revolver.
He fixed the timing, replaced the sights, added a triggerstop and added shim here and there to fix the endshake/BTC gap.
Asked to beadblast the gun and polish a small part of the cilinder.
Picked it up friday last week....and this is what it looks like.
There are many like it, but this one is mine.

The bead blasting gives it a nice appearance.

I have a set of VZ grips almost like those. RB to SB conversions.

Nice gun, indeed. My 586 6" is a long distance tack driver so I KNOW you will be happy with your 6" M686!
