My one, 64-6 purchased from Centerfire Systems almost a year and a half ago when they had them on sale for $400. Finally got around to painting the sights couple weekends ago, so I will feel more comfortable carrying it when the weather finally changes.

I'll be painting my front sight, and blacking out the rear, this weekend.

Default Let's See Some 3" K-Frames

3-inch K frames are becoming the focus of my collecting. The bug bit me due to the 65-3 i bought earlier this year... great gun!

I will have a 19-7 K-Comp joining the gang below soon.

Cheers,

I'm certainly not an expert at painting sights nor a collector.. My guns are tools and I use them. So I say if you're going to use it and especially if you're going to carry it, paint them. I thought mine shot like a laser too but the stainless on stainless sights were awful hard to see. Here's a close-up focused on the front sight and what I used to paint. Wife's grandkids had the orange nerds, had to find the white at our local Dollar general.
