Price check M66-2 4” unfired
Looking for an updated price on a unfired 4”66-2 it’s in display case it’s police benevolent association approximately 360 I believe made I couldn’t find in my third edition Smith&Wesson standard catalog and those prices a bit outdated as well I could care less about case or what it says on gun itself I believe has gentleman’s name on barrel as well shop is asking $799 thanks for help in advance I haven’t bought anything since 8/2019 so I’m not up to date on current prices dealer said things are tight guns ammo etc.

$799 is not a bad price for a normal production 66-2. For the most part, specialty runs such as noted above usually sell for less than normal production guns, and if not less, it will take longer to sell if you ever decide to.

image.jpg picked it up $800 OTD definitely unfired but does appear that someone decided to bugger screw heads on elevation screw and side plate. Everything is tight as can be sideplate seems a tad raised to my eye and touch.

Sweet gun I took it out this morning before some day off running around and tigger is very smooth definitely rubbing me wrong way about sideplate screws being jacked up by someone but it shot great final stage in double action is hardly nothin that’s a new thing for me but 18 38 rounds and 18 357 rounds down range it’s not unfired anymore. Gonna go out and put it on paper here in a few.
