Default 624 weird issue

Hey y'all. I pulled out my 624 for the first time in forever. Having a super weird issue. The cylinder will only rotate if the revolver is pointed downward. If you hold it at any other angle than pointed toward the ground the cylinder won't rotate. I cleaned and lubricated it, no change. Also noticed some sort of rattling inside. I'll admit I'm not very knowledgeable on revolvers so if anyone has any ideas on what's wrong and could help I'd greatly appreciate it!

You might want to remove the slide plate and look inside. There are tons of videos on You Tube that will assist you.
