Early F & K Comps
Hello folks,
I was fortunate to have recently come across these unfired F and K Comps with boxes and papers.
The F-Comp is a 66-3 with low PCP serial number while the K-Comp is a 19-7 with SDA serial number.
These will wear my best round target stocks while I find the right pair of nicely grained S&W combat stocks.
Cheers,
686PC

I picked up a K Comp at an estate sale three years ago. Mine also has an SDA serial number. Mine is marked "002" in a couple of places. OP, does your K Comp have a similar three digit code? If so, do you know what it means?

Hi roguegama,
If you mean the 3-digit number located on the inside of the yoke, that is a factory assembly number. These should match on a gun that did not have any parts replaced. On mine that number is 145.
Cheers,
