Default Help to identify numbers and stampings

I have a 686 357 Magnum, stainless steel, 6" barrel. I purchased this gun in 2008 or thereabouts. I would like to find out what all the numbers and stampings on different parts of the frame mean. These numbers are.
On the handle, left hand side: 65135 (serial # I assume)
S (large capital letter
F 30
On the handle, right hand side: Capital W encased in a circle
Capital W encased in a triangle
C 7671
On the frame under the yolk: AEK 5756
Mod. 686
Inside the yoke: C 15
Large capital S lying sideways
65135 (serial #)
I would appreciate if anyone could identify these numbers and stampings for me.

AEK 5756 = SERIAL Number. It should also be on the bottom of the butt.

65135 is an assembly number put on the frame and the yoke to keep them together because the yoke is fitted to the frame before the serial number is applied.

S (large capital letter = Probably means Stainless
C 7671 = I don't have a clue.
The other marks are fitter's or inspector's marks.
