Default bought a used 629...couple questions

couldn't pass on a .44 mtn gun the other day

Has a Hogue 25002 grip completely covering the rear of frame instead of the 25000 (frame exposed at rear) which fits me better. I'd trade, or maybe try something else? Ideas for wood or ?

Need to replace the rear sight blade, and I'm not sure which height is correct. Looks like there's a .160 on there, but .146 and .126 also available.

What I really want to find is a Millett SK00003 rear sight if anybody has any leads for me. Havn't had any luck with my searches yet, probably getting hard to find nowadays.

I read a little about Rough Country and Weigand sights last night. Not sure what else might be out there. So far Millett have been my favorite (I have them on another revolver).
