Thank goodness for Amazon I was able to secure a lefty holster for a 5 inch barrel N frame in quick time.
I put the revolver in a plastic bag and sprayed inside of holster with Ballistol which is good for leather and softens it a bit and let it sit overnight.
Still took a lot of two hand effort to snap the thong over the hammer. So I took my Dremel with ball end burr and cut a slot to go over the hammer.
Now it is easy finger pressure to secure and unfasten the hammer thong.
Revolver fits really secure and is easy on the draw.
