Default Model 19-6

Picked up at LGS yesterday after debacle of trying to get a 3913 from a local pawn shop. Manager hid in the back until I left when all I was trying to do was give him some cash. Oh well. The LGS was happy enough to sell me this 19-6. BEWxxx serial number and date-stamped stocks date it to 1989. Overall the best of my 19s in that it came with original target stocks, one minor ding, minimal edge wear, and not a spec of rust or freckling to be found.

You did well to find such a nice one. Congrats!! I love 19’s. It needs a snubby 19 to keep it company.”

I don't think I've ever seen a Model 19 I didn't like.

This one is no exception.

Outstanding Model 19-6. I'm sure you have read the threads regarding ammo choices in the Model 19, my suggestion it to read and heed. You don't want to end up looking for a new barrel.

Like this one? Picked up this 19-4 about 2-3 years ago. I put the Pachmayr Compac grip on it to make it a Joe Hallenbeck tribute piece.
