Default 617-3 6 shot cylinder

Greetings. I was at a new local shop today and they had a 617-3 with a six shot cylinder. I have a -2 with the stainless 10 shot cylinder. It's in good shape, and the trigger was decent. Can these be retrofitted with a 10 shot cylinder? It just seemed odd they would offer a 6 shot after making the 10, I am thinking about picking it up, what changes besides the stainless hammer/trigger ? Thanks in advance.

Or, because some of us think the 10 shot cylinder version doesn't look right.
