Default Model 64-7 Factory Grip Question

Hello. Long time lurker, first time poster with a question about factory grips.

I recently purchased a used (possibly police trade-in) S&W Model 64-7, 4" one-piece barrel, round butt, Hillary Hole, with a serial number prefix of CFT. My internet search suggested that guns with a CFT prefix are most likely produced in 2003.

The revolver in question came equipped with beat up Uncle Mike's combat grips (round to square) model #59012. No idea if these would have been factory grips or installed after market, but I'm trying to find grips (preferably factory) that would have most likely been installed on a gun of this vintage. I do like the Uncle Mike's grips, but for whatever reason, I feel like these pre-date 2003? I have a mint pair of square frame Uncle Mike's combat grips that are currently on the gun, but clearly there's no frame to support the lower back portion of the grip. I have found a minty pair of Uncle Mike's round combat grips, however I just don't see any pictures of 4" guns wearing those grips.

Can anyone provide some guidance on whether Uncle Mike's would be "correct" for this gun? If not, what would be?

My pair of 64-5s came with the same UM fingergroove grips. All of these guns that I saw had those same grips. These guns were deemed excess by a casino that decided they had to go with Glocks to arm their security force. Of course, none of these 64s had ever been fired... Their serial #s put them in a 1990 time frame.
