I found this at a local shop I had not be to before. Roy advises ship date January 1990 but he box has 3 hole metal corners, 1970/1980 era. The box had the tools, instruction sheet and period correct advertising.

The barrel isn't pinned so it is early 80s or later

if the front sight is thin its 82-88, if the front sight is wide like current j frames its post 88.
