I am new to the forum and have a few questions:

I have a model 647 .17hmr. I am wondering which rings and base would work best with a Leupold 2.5-8x32 x 1" or similar scope.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If anyone has a setup like this for sale please let me know.

Welcome to the Forum. I have a 647 that I had set up with a scope but changed it back to original configuration. I have the mount and rings (and scope) around here somewhere. I'll see if I can find them and if I do I'll send you a PM. A fun gun seldom seen although probably not all that practical either. I did find a picture, will look for the mount.

Assuming your 647 is drilled and tapped, a picatinny base should give you what you need. Here is one available at Midway: EGW 1-Piece Picatinny-Style Scope Base Ruger 10/22 Matte

I am sure there are others out there as well. Once the picatinny base is installed, use whatever picatinny rings suit your needs.
