I understand someone could help in finding date if I give serial number which is DDH..... 686-6plus. 4 inch

It is newer than 2015 where my data ends. Go to the S&W contact site, fill out the form, and they will tell you. Here is the link.

Send a Message

Under subject, select History - Date of manufacture

If you have the box, it will also be on the label. My 686-6 has a later serial number and was manufactured in 2019.
