Arrow Trio of 681 no-dash

Hi folks,

Another shooter-grade 681 somehow found me, joining Pigpen and a NYSP-stamped example. It was filthy inside, and the rebound slide spring had one or two coils cut.

I put a Wilson Combat kit in with the 14-pound spring, and it feels great. Timing seems perfect, no push-off.

All three are no-dash, M-stamped:

Thanks for looking !

They are great revolvers. Fixed sight service guns are among my favorites. Here's mine. No dash. No "M" stamp. No problems.

Very nice!

Here's my no Dash no M stamp I recently picked up.

My goal is to find a ConRail PD marked 681, they are -3 IIRC

Default Scope Mount

Can you please tell me what the brand of the scope
mount is and it looks like it mounts via the side plate screws, correct?

Thanks so much

That’s a vintage AimTech mount, they’re made for several frame sizes.

It clamps to top rail as well as using side plate screw holes and longer hardware to attach.

Factory target grips impinge a bit, so some relief in the wood is required for fitment. No issue cutting up the Thai grips, but I’d think long and hard before sawing on some OEM parts...

I picked up this 681 no dash on this Forum 6-8 years ago. It
has been modified and has the "M" stamp. It didn't have the
original grips, and I found these Uncle Mike grips on Ebay.
They fit my hand well and I can control the gun when shooting
hot loads.
