Looks like a 640 PC Paxton Quigley with a lovely set of checkered Spegel boot grips.

Nicely done....

Thought the PC emblem would give it away, can't really see the ported barrel from this angle....

Here's a couple other pics, on the bottom one you can make out the cartridge designation if you squint your eyes a bit... not my best pic

Just to add a little on this gun/cartridge.
It was (is) certainly an interesting effort, myself and a few friends were out shooting in the Eastern WA desert and chrono'd the round in this and the full size 356 TSW auto using the original Federal 147 grain ball round.
The difference in velocity between the J frame and the full size auto was amazingly averaged only around 30-40 fps.
Love all the 356 TSW models, but I think this is the only specimen I still have, just need to get into my daughters safe to visit it a bit.

If you look close at the first pic, you can see that the cylinder is cut for moon clips, which eliminates the M640.
Otherwise good guess, I forgot about that one from the PC.

But..... you did get the grips right, and "lovely" is certainly applicable.

Thanks! To be fair, a wild guess on my part! Forgot to mention the aftermarket stocks. The 356 TSW was an intriguing round for it’s time. Very cool and unique revolver you have.

Here's one with its original grips; I think the Spegel boots are much nicer.

Now that you have determined the technical description, and the designer of her dress, I think Lorelei would be a fine name.
