This is the Sports South .45 Colt PC issue of 2001. Product number: 170179.

These came in an aluminum PC case and had a certificate included that was signed by the PC Manager, Tom Kelly.

I have the gun. I just found and purchased the case. Could somebody please scan and forward a copy of the certificate?
