Traded for a new one this afternoon. Neat gun but looks like it could use a good trigger job. Looking forward to shooting it tomorrow. Anyone have one? How's it shoot? Thanks, Dennis

I ordered one when they were first announced. I wanted it until it arrived. Not much of a 'tuned action'. I didn't like the 'feel', either. I was writing the check when my pusher re-thought his marked price - and bumped it up $80. I voided the check and nearly stormed out until he claimed his cost was higher than what he had tagged it. I fondled it some more. The deal-killer occured when I picked it up - and the grip 'slipped' a bit - abraded my hand. Sandpaper should be used on the wood - not left glued to it!

Last spring I bought a 627 Pro for the same price - and love it. Of course, it's rubber grips are in a drawer - and it sports some Ahrends Retro Targets - love the combo! As a plinker, eight beats six, too.

I shot mine this morning. It was accurate and reliable. I'm changing the grips and my gunsmith is giving it a trigger job this week so by next weekend I believe I'll be in love. Thanks for the replies! Dennis
