This is a common cyl swap that many have done. You just can't tell if one will be a drop in till you try it. At worst it'll need minor fitting. Best to get the yoke with the cyl if you can for a much easier and quicker swap in the field or at the range.
Also, the closer the cyl vintage to the gun vintage, the better the chance it will drop in.
So which Mod 651 do you have? The Model # dash # can help determine the age. A 651 w/o a dash # or a 651-1?
Model 63 cylinders can be from a Mod 63, 63-1, 63-2, or 63-3. If you don't know the cyl age, it's not a deal breaker, but could be less fitting issues to find a close one to the gun.
