Thai grips for 686 are in!
I ordered a set of Thai grips for my 686 after reading another thread here. I was given a delivery date from 7-8 to 8-10 IIRC. Happily it only took 2 weeks. Ordered on 6-15 received on 6-29. My other Thai grips are more orange in color than these. More brown, with some nice striping. Fit is flawless. Another nicety is the grip screw looks to be a stainless Allen head, not brass.
Not bad for half way around the earth for $55 delivered.
I am pleased.

Those are very nice looking grips, and look like they would be very comfortable. I have a set of grips from Thailand for my GP100, and while they look nice and are well fitted, the wood is no where near as nice as yours.

They look great! I bought a set from our friend in Thailand about ten years ago and I’m still happy with them. I put them on my 327 and moved the stock grips to my 627.

Beautiful grain and perfect fit, what more could you ask for, especially for the price !
Nice to see that the seller upped his game with a stainless grip screw. Are the escutcheons brass or stainless as well ?

The escutcheon appears to be stainless also.

Beautiful grips. I've been on the fence about ordering a set of the Thai grips...I'm about to go on over.

I've bought 3 sets of the Thai grips. They all look very nice and fit like a glove. This particularly set of K-frame combats is probably my favorite of the three and only cost me about 50 bucks. Definitely need to get a better picture one of these days, though.
