This morning while running some errands I stopped by a shop that gets nice stuff. I wander over to the used revolver case and see a meticulous 4” 66-3. Of course I had to examine it. I’ll be bringing it home Saturday morning, pics to follow

Default Congratulations

It sounds like you found yourself a very nice gun. You only live once, might as well have the things you enjoy.

I hear you.
Just know that there are others of us in the same predicament.
I also walked up on one this morning, a late 60’s early 70’s, 4” Model 28-2 in nice condition. Period correct Aftermarket thumbrest grips.
I’m trying to be strong.

The owner of this sure knew how to take care of their stuff, very refreshing. The shop doesn't clean up the used stuff, sell it as is. The timing/action is perfect, outside of the turn ring it appears to have led an easy life.

Not very old, looking up the serial number should be 1990. I'll get better photos later without so much reflection.
