Default Aftermarket sight rib question

Does anyone happen to know if the sight rib pictured here (done by Tiger McKee) was something custom made or if it is/was commercially available?

That looks custom to me. I've never seen any of those for sale.

What is the rear sight? It doesn't appear to be a S&W rear sight as there is no ribs in the part that is pictured and the mounting screw is part of the front sight.
