I bought this from Gov't Cheese here on the forum. He cleaned it a bit before he sent it and I finished the job. The unit is tight and accurate. Stored the Pachmayrs and put on some combat grips I found at the range shop.

That is beautiful. I want one of those in -2 or -3. Love those grips.

As much as I love my snub Model 64, those red ramp, white outline sights are looking pretty good to these old eyes.

Very nice M66. I am currently looking for a 3 or 4", but pictures like this make it hard to not throw the 2 1/2" in the mix. The grips make the gun. Very nice indeed.

Very nice!
I have grown very fond of my M66 2-1/2" and it follows me every where I go.
Mine is a -6 model with the IL but I fixed that right after I got it.
I got a hold of some industrial grade adhesive lock tite a while back and if your careful you can put just enough in around the lock mech its self and it hold the lock in the unlocked position with no problem.
I have been carrying mine and shooting CCI .357 HP out of it and have yet to have a problem.
I like those grips but like the boot combat grips better.
right now i have hogue bantam grips on mine and they work great.

Nice clean up job! Love it. The 19 and 66's snubs are my all time favorite S&W's.

Congrats.

Nice gun!

I'm also fond of the 66 snubbies, and have two of them. I shoot the 2.5 inch and the 3.0 inch is a safe queen.
